Temuka style water vessel with dispenser
Vintage hanging Temuka ? water or liquid dispenser

We much enjoy Temuka wares for every day usage.  We recently acquired what looks to be a very large hanging water or liquid dispenser, with a small cup to go with it.  The dispenser looks to be dated from before 1970's, based on the old newspapers that were found inside to protect the pottery.

It has a cork mat at the bottom which I haven't taken off.  There are no distinguishable marks anywhere, maybe they are on the bottom.

Not sure what this is, and who made it.  Any guidance or directions would be much appreciated.

Ferdinand
